We booked a dream trip to Africa for October 2020… so you can imagine that we didn’t get to go, and we wondered if we ever would. This October, we DID get to take that dream trip – three weeks of game drives and wildlife in the African bush. We spent time in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana. It was life-changing. And with cruising on the boat all summer, this trip, and also the long-awaited renovation of the kitchen and upstairs bathroom in our house… it has continued to be super-busy and chaotic here. But, it’s all good.
In the spirit of the Holiday Season, I give you the “12 Days of Africa” to share just a little of what we experienced. I’m sure I’ll write and post more, in between hammering, lifting, installing, and all the rest of the renovation activities. Enjoy!
